1. DELIVERY TIME: Imported product - The shipping time for customized products can be up to 30 business days, but they are usually shipped much earlier. Please note that the shipping time does not include the delivery time.

The delivery time for the personalized necklace can be 20 to 25 BUSINESS DAYS after the order is SHIPPED.

The delivery time for this specific product may be longer, due to demand and customization of the bracelet before shipping. (The delivery time also depends on the state, region and logistics of the Post Office in each location).
