Purchase Policy: All products available on Meu Dorama Store are imported, shipped directly from our suppliers located in Asia to the address provided at the time of purchase. Our partner suppliers use the Aliexpress logistics model, which is part of the Remessa Conforme program (implemented by the government), which avoids the new tax of 60% of the product value + 17% ICMS for purchases below $50 (R$250). In this way, we make the purchase safer and more accessible for our customers, without charging these high additional fees.

Delivery takes 20 to 25 business days (on average after the product is posted) depending on the location. The product is shipped within 10 business days after payment confirmation in our system. Orders placed via bank slip take 1 to 3 days for payment confirmation in our system. We guarantee a tracking code so the customer can follow the progress of the delivery of their order.

Attention: In certain cases, this delivery period may be extended by a few more business days due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at the Post Office and other situations beyond the store's control. The store guarantees delivery of the order, and we are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are misplaced or lost during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and free online tracking, the delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

Insured shipping: If the product is delayed and not delivered within 70 business days of posting, except in cases beyond the store's control, on that date the amount paid will be 100% refunded. Attention: You may receive more than one package, as your products may come from different suppliers. So if you receive one product first and then another, don't worry because this is completely normal.

Order Tracking: The products will be sent by the Post Office, there will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to follow the progress of the delivery, Meu Dorama Store undertakes to instruct the customer on how to track the products. The code to access the tracking will be sent to your email as soon as it is available to the store. The order tracking code is informed within 5 business days after confirmed payment. It may take 5 to 10 days for the tracking code to start showing shipping information on the post office website.

General Conditions (Attention)

Care with Addressing Orders: My Drama Store will arrange for the products to be sent to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to ensure that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask that you pay attention when filling in the address where you wish to receive your order.

Absent Recipient: Make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office generally makes three attempts to deliver products. If there is no one at the address to receive the package on any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office closest to the address, and in this case, the recipient of the package will need to collect it from the Post Office within 7 calendar days. The store is not responsible if the order is not collected from the Post Office. All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the recipient must collect their package in the event of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website, using the tracking code provided by the store.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address: Meu Dorama Store is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses for orders placed at the store. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, according to the Post Office's rules, no further delivery attempts will be made to that address and it is the customer's responsibility to attempt to recover the package(s) from the Post Office. When making a purchase on our website, the customer agrees to the conditions and rules set forth herein.

It is the customer's sole responsibility to:
• Fill in the address correctly as well as all the order delivery details;
• Follow the tracking to be aware of the delivery progress;
• Ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to receive the order and also ensure that someone will collect the order from the Post Office or Distribution Center, if necessary;
• Personal or transportation issues that may interfere with receiving the order are NOT the store's responsibility;
• Even if the customer claims that they did not fill in the address incorrectly/incompletely, the store does not have the autonomy to intervene with the Post Office as the delivery is carried out by them, and it is up to them to decide.
ATTENTION: It is worth remembering that:
• Orders returned by the Post Office due to an incorrect/incomplete address are not returned to the store, but rather to the supplier abroad (sender) or to their PO box in Brazil, since our products are imported (sent from suppliers abroad to Brazil);
 The supplier in turn, is not responsible for the non-delivery of the order, as it sent it as requested, thus fulfilling its duty; in the same way as the duty of store - ordering the product and posting the customer's order from the supplier - to the address provided by the customer has been fulfilled.
REQUEST FOR WITHDRAWAL DUE TO ABSENCE, HOW TO PROCEED:
If, due to the absence of anyone to receive the order, the order is to be collected from a branch or distribution center that allows collection, simply bring a photo ID (ID) and the order tracking code number.
The period in which the order will be available for collection is 7 calendar days (this period may vary depending on the agency and location).
If it is not collected within the deadline, it will be returned to the original address (supplier abroad).

The application must be withdrawn by the application holder. To be withdrawn by another person, they must be holding a power of attorney on behalf of the holder. If this is the case, check with the Post Office in your city what the procedure is or contact the store for instructions.

• ATTENTION: If the order is returned to the original address, no refund will be made, as it is the customer's sole responsibility to: correctly fill in the delivery details (recipient/address), track the order and receive it.
In case of absence On the first delivery attempt made by the Post Office, another delivery attempt may be made (whether or not a new attempt is entirely up to the Post Office).
If there is a new attempt and again there is no one to receive it, the order will be sent to a Post Office near the delivery address, to be collected by the order holder or a person authorized by him/her with power of attorney, as mentioned above.
- In this case, the address of the agency where the order must be collected will be informed in the tracking itself.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE:
If the customer does not receive the order after filling in the address or any other information correctly, incorrect or incomplete;
Due to the absence of a person to receive the order (at the address, agency, CDD or any other pick-up location).
For non-payment of customs fees, if the order is taxed, as payment of the same is the sole responsibility of the buyer. The buyer must be aware of the possibility of Customs Taxation on products coming from outside Brazil and the store has no autonomy to prevent this from happening.
• IMPORTANT: The store is not responsible for personal or mobility issues that prevent the order from being received at the delivery address or any other pick-up point or for non-payment of customs fees if necessary.
DELIVERY NOT MADE BY THE POST OFFICE AT THE ADDRESS DUE TO ACCESSIBILITY PROBLEMS:
In some locations the Post Office vehicle does not access, due to:
High crime rates and frequency of robberies of the Post Office vehicle;
Lack of accessibility of roads due to potholes, flooded areas, forested areas, areas at risk of landslides, very distant areas and similar, which impede access and/or pose risks to the physical integrity of the delivery person.
In such cases, AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE POST OFFICE, the order will be sent directly to an agency close to the registered address to be collected by the owner or authorized person.
In these cases, the store is NOT responsible for non-delivery to the residence, as the decision is entirely at the discretion of the Post Office itself and the store has no power to interfere in this decision.
IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND BE AWARE OF THE WEBSITE'S POLICIES BEFORE MAKING PURCHASE(S).
