ATTENTION: BEFORE FINALIZING THE PURCHASE, SEND THE NAME YOU WANT TO PERSONALIZE YOUR NECKLACE WITH! THE NAME CAN BE SENT IN PORTUGUESE OR KOREAN.
IF IT IS SENT IN PORTUGUESE, DON'T WORRY, WE WILL MAKE THE MODIFICATION TO KOREAN!

TIP: IF YOU HAVE A VERY LONG COMPOUND NAME, WE SUGGEST THAT YOU SEND ONLY ONE.

1. DELIVERY TIME: Imported product - The shipping time for customized products can be up to 30 business days, but they are usually shipped much earlier. Please note that the shipping time does not include the delivery time.
The delivery time for the personalized necklace can be 20 to 25 BUSINESS DAYS after the order is SHIPPED.
The delivery time for this specific product may be longer, due to demand and customization of the necklace before shipping. (The delivery time also depends on the state, region and logistics of the Post Office in each location).
2. SENDING THE TRACKING CODE: The code will be sent to the registered email, immediately after the order is manufactured and shipped.
